The Zurfluh and Gerber families traveled to Honduras in February (using personal funds) to deliver the donated computers and supplies, to check on the progress of the El Camino School, and to meet with the hospital/school staff and further plans for the Pinnacle 20/20 Foundation (P2020F). Nancy Bacon’s computer was donated to a school on Roatan. James Longstreet’s computer went to a village high school on the mainland. The first funds donated to the P2020F helped to complete the financing needed to finish the first floor of the new grade 1-6 building of the El Camino School.

The Lucinda Lunch Program Launches
The Lucinda Lunch Program was launched at the end of March 2018. Uniforms and school supplies needed were bought and distributed to those without, and a plan to feed not only the children in the Lucinda school but also schools in neighboring Margarita and Naranjal was implemented. In September 2015, P2020F paid for parts to fix their aging John Deere tractor. This tractor is maintained and run by students and volunteers at the FunAvid research facility and farm.
